By placing an order with Lumbre Palermo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Orders are sent directly to Lumbre Palermo. An order is confirmed once Lumbre Palermo accepts it. Lumbre Palermo is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order.
Prices, items and availability are set by Lumbre Palermo and may change without notice. Taxes and any additional charges are shown before you confirm.
Payments are processed through the methods offered at checkout, such as Mercado Pago or cash on delivery. Online payments are handled by the payment provider, not by Lumbre Palermo directly.
Fulfillment options, times and any delivery areas are defined by Lumbre Palermo. Estimated times are approximate.
Cancellations and refunds are handled by Lumbre Palermo according to its own policy. Please contact Lumbre Palermo about any issue with your order.
Lumbre Palermo uses Piqero as its ordering and payment technology. Piqero provides the software but is not the seller of the food nor responsible for order fulfillment.
To the extent permitted by law, Lumbre Palermo is responsible for the products it sells. Piqero is not liable for the quality, safety or fulfillment of orders.
